The institutional aim is to provide laboratory diagnostic services on an outpatient basis, guaranteeing:
maximum safety in the practice of medicine, in the execution of treatments and supervision of patients; the execution of the highest quality services required by the patient, in the best possible material conditions and in human environmental conditions, in order to avoid any reason for depersonalization due to the treatment;
the availability of necessary means to the physician who assumes responsibility for the diagnosis.
