Designed for merchants who wish to use the services offered by operators in the delivery sector, the app allows users, called customers, to make requests for delivery of their products to the delivery company.
The request involves filling in a form with information about the goods to be transported, the location, the day, the time and the recipient.
Each request is notified to a manager, the Planner, who sorts them out to the bikers on duty via a WEB application.
Each order has the following statuses:
- Opened by the customer
- Assigned to the biker by the Planner
- Collected by the biker from the customer
- Delivered by the biker to the customer
- Rejected by the Planner
- Canceled by the Planner at the request of the customer
- Suspended by the biker

The customer has an environment to enter any complaints and monitor their status.
