Tiresia is an accessible teaching app, designed for blind and visually impaired students. It allows you to explore digital tactile figures on smartphones and tablets, using vibrations, sounds and speech synthesis.

Among the explorable figures there are geometric shapes, function curves, building maps and concept maps. The student can upload the figures from their device or search for them from the Tiresia catalogue, directly from the app.

It is possible to create a new figure from the free Tiresia Disegno software,
available on the official website.
