The first SMART LEGAL AGENDA for young lawyers enrolled in the Italian Young Lawyers Association was born from the collaboration between AIGA and COLLEGA®.

The agenda will allow you to keep track of hearings, fulfilments and appointments in a simple and intuitive way.

It will be possible to record the payments made and the expenses incurred for each individual fulfillment, the fees for each individual activity and connect them to a customer and a counterparty.

At the end of the activities, the keyword search will allow you to group all the activities, expenses and hearings carried out for a customer or for a file, simplifying the reporting activity.

Postpone the hearing before the Judge in a few seconds by checking the commitments for the destination date on the screen that will open directly in the agenda.

Synchronize your business appointments and the hearings you have to attend with your mobile calendar and you will always know how to schedule your private appointments without finding yourself in difficulty with your job

MINUTES OF HEARING
Prepare the digital hearing report, invite the other party to complete it without modifying what you have written, make the report available to the Judge via a secure and password-protected link on the internet, after copying it, the Judge will paste it into his report.

This is the first step towards a new way of being a lawyer!
