Waste Violations is an application that allows simple and rapid access to the contents of the Egaf waste and environment violations handbook, edited by Dr. Alessandro Corrias.

It is an effective tool, quick to consult, always updated in real time, capable of satisfying the needs of all operators in the sector:
• specialized control bodies will be facilitated in identifying cases with the consequent adoption of the most correct repressive actions;
• non-specialised control bodies will be able to draw simple and precise indications to better carry out the task of territorial protection of the environment and the immediate repression of offences;
• economic operators will have a valid tool to assess the risk deriving from illicit behavior of their employees;
• waste consultants and technical managers will be able to use it as a valid compendium to relate the complexity of the regulations and suggest the most correct management behaviours.

The reference legislation is DLG n.​ ​152/2006​ ​even if this is not the only regulatory source to regulate the matter, so much so that some types of waste are regulated and related sanctioning system in specific sector regulations.

• DLG 10.10.2022 n. 150 (so-called "Cartabia Reform"),
• DI reg. 4.4.2023 n. 59 regarding waste traceability (RENTRi),
• DD 14.4.2023 regarding notification and assessment costs,
