We created the Battente app to help you get the most out of the services offered at the Al Battente Shopping Center. Opening hours, contact information and other practical information are always at hand in the app. We'll show you what's new and on offer in your favorite stores.

To make sure the app works properly on your device and is easy to use, we will collect information about your device and how you use the app.

We will use all the information collected to show you the most relevant marketing material created by the stores in the mall, based on the choices of the stores you have chosen to follow.

By downloading the app, you will receive messages and notifications regarding the services provided by the app, by Battente and by the shops in the Al Battente shopping center.

To make sure that the loyalty program is used correctly, if you want to participate, we ask you to register an account in the app.

You can also use the app without registering for an account, in which case no information collected about you in the app will be shared with third-party advertising platforms.

If you decide to register:
• The data collected about your device and how you use the app, after registering an account, will be linked to the information we have collected about you.
• To measure the effect of our marketing on third party advertising networks such as Facebook and Google, we will share your data with third party advertising network providers if you decide to register for an account.
• You also agree to receive marketing materials at the contact details you registered with.
• Finally, you consent to the sending of targeted advertisements by Battente on third-party advertising platforms using Facebook, Google and Adform.
