Vat Refund is the system made available by the Customs and Monopolies Agency to digitize the process of affixing the 'customs visa' on the tax free invoice, in order to be entitled to direct relief or subsequent reimbursement of the VAT charged on the goods purchased on the national territory by subjects domiciled or resident outside the EU.
