IRIS HEALTH CARE HOSPITAL is the component of the IRIS HEALTH CARE platform for the management of glycemic monitoring at health facilities.

The Application is combined with the IRIS Evolution meter and allows measurements to be sent to the IT platform using the glucometer.

Using the Application and having an operator blood glucose meter, it is therefore possible and simple to digitize and store the various measurements made to the patients present in the healthcare facility.

The data, acquired automatically, can be consulted through the innovative web service IRISHC (www.irishc.it). This allows you to constantly monitor the health status of patients, improvements and effectiveness of diet and drug therapy. The system also allows the follow up to be effectively monitored.
