Within the "Food wine pairing" application, search forms are available for Pietanza or Vino DOC / DOCG.

To perform a search starting from the dish, it will be sufficient to start typing the first letters and you will see a list of results. You can then select the desired dish and read the recommended pairings.
The suggested match screen shows a quick pairing suggestion and a list of the best matching wines with the main features. In the same way, it is possible to carry out a search starting from a wine: you will get a list of the suggested dishes.

It is also possible to view a detailed description of the DOC and DOCG.
