Omniacore's IOT platform was born from the need to monitor and/or intervene remotely on the machinery of its fixed or mobile production lines, which is why we decided to develop an ad hoc cloud solution for this need.

Being directly in the cloud, it allows you to have access to the data transmitted by the machinery of the various offices and/or companies in a single place; among the main features there are:

• Data Acquisition: interconnection with the main communication protocols and PLC or other heterogeneous hardware.
• Data historicization: sampling of the data received with a configurable interval starting from 1 second and saving with a history depth of up to 10 years.
• Web and Mobile interface: visualization of dashboards with real-time data, monitoring of working conditions and consumption through graphs and reports and the possibility of modifying the operating parameters of the machinery.
• Background monitoring of working conditions 24 hours a day: possibility of setting alarms with immediate notification (via email, text message or app) and different types of impact (low, medium and high).
