The Resident S.p.A. application was developed to provide condominium owners with simple, transparent, and secure access to documentation and personal data relating to the management of their condominium, in compliance with Article 71-ter of the Implementing Provisions of the Italian Civil Code.
The Resident app provides eligible users with a dedicated area for consulting key condominium documents, including:
- annual report and expense breakdowns;
- accounting and tax documentation;
- meeting minutes;
- condominium regulations;
- contracts and supplier information;
- any other deeds and documents relating to condominium management.
Access to the personal area is protected by individual credentials and complies with current regulations on personal data protection (GDPR).
The Resident app was created to improve communication between the administration and condominium owners, simplify document access, and streamline participation in condominium life, while ensuring transparency and traceability.
