The app provides updated data on the availability of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), properly published in the Regional AED Registry of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia (RAS) and managed by the Regional Agency for Emergency and Urgency of Sardinia (AREUS).
It displays AEDs in the surrounding area, identified within a radius of up to two kilometers, centered on the user's smartphone location, using their GPS.
Using the app does not require user authentication.
When installing and using it, the user must authorize access to their smartphone's GPS. No other personal data is requested or used.
The app does not store any data: at the end of the session, geolocation information is deleted.
The Autonomous Region of Sardinia and the Regional Emergency and Urgency Agency of Sardinia will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or harm of any kind that third parties may suffer due to or in connection with the use of the app, the data contained therein, or any malfunctions or unavailability thereof. Furthermore, no responsibility is assumed for the use that third parties may make of the published content, nor for any contamination resulting from access to or interconnection with the app.
