App Cellar is a mobile application that supports the winemaker in management
of cellar activities.
Thanks to the integration with ENOLOGIA Cellar Management (Sistemi Spa), App
Cellar allows you to record and transmit operations in real time
cellar directly from your tablet; this allows you to have a
complete and accurate traceability of processes and wine products
used but also to monitor the stocks of the tanks and masses.
The solution is useful in wineries where the responsible winemaker is
makes use of collaborators who work within the company (departments of
winemaking and cellar) and is a tool that allows you to digitize the sheets
of processing routinely used in the cellar to increase efficiency and
quality of work.
App Cantina also works in offline mode, to manage wines in any context
mobile winery activities.
The main functions of App Cantina are:
Backend Management
The function includes all the functions of data synchronization with i
mobile devices and with the ENOLOGIA CANTINA – APP CANTINA connector.
Cellar orders
The function allows each individual cellar worker to be able to view the
own daily schedule.
It has the possibility to query the processing, make any changes,
track additions of wine products and insert any descriptive notes for
the winemaker.
Activity
The function allows the cellarman to insert an activity independently
without having a schedule from the responsible winemaker.
Mass situation
The function is dedicated to querying the masses present in
cellar on the date as defined in ENOLOGY Cellar.
Container situation
The function allows you to query the stocks of each individual tank and
check its contents.
