You will need a Sky ID to use the app. If you don't have it yet or can't remember it, you can create or retrieve it directly before accessing the app.
Here's what you'll find in the My Sky app:
• Homepage: a dynamic, simple and personalized mosaic with all the information about your subscription and featured content.
• TV Guide: all about your weekly programming. Here you will find information on the titles that interest you and you can start a recording from your smartphone.
• Extras: let yourself be surprised by the initiatives we have designed for you and discover all the benefits dedicated to you based on the years spent together.
• Do it yourself: you can check the active products on your subscription, check invoices and manage services.
• Assistance: wherever you are and at any time, you can request assistance, chat with us or be called back. Depending on your every need, we are there.
