The application represents the voting, booking and consultation tool for the documentation and is part of a larger project called Sedute OnLine.
The suite allows the management of the entire organizational process of the session, from the scheduling of the scheduling, to the management of attendance and voting.
The tool is fully compatible with the new video conference management methods, facilitating all voting and presence management operations.
The application, managed directly by the Council of Local Autonomies of the Autonomous Province of Trento, is dedicated to the management of the municipal councils of Trentino public bodies.

Among the main features offered by the app there is multi-body management to allow the user to use the app with individual access credentials even in the case of participation in sessions of different bodies, the possibility of checking in at the session via numerical code or QR-code, the word booking function, with access to the list of booked users as well as the main functionality, or the voting tool.
The voting procedure allows the management of open and secret voting, of multiple choices and of many other methods available to the organization's organizational bodies.
The app is designed to respond in real time to the opening and closing of a vote, to the collection of the vote and provides real-time feedback on the available actions.
