Viotti, an elegant and innovative restaurant that takes its name from its enterprising and talented owner, Alberto Viotti, has been open since November 2018, but is already a candidate to play a leading role in the Asti restaurant scene. Its creator wanted to combine in the restaurant - which represents his very first venture at an entrepreneurial level, after having worked in prestigious kitchens in Piedmont and also in France - the classic touch of Asti and Piedmontese cuisine, but also a pleasant surge of modernity, in in order to meet and satisfy the tastes of the old and new generations.
