Mitag is the ultimate application to track your daily activities and health status. With this intuitive and easy-to-use app, you can track activities and events such as exercise, sleep, work or headaches.

Through Mitag, those who suffer from recurring headaches can track the beginning and end of each headache episode on the app. Furthermore, it can record the presence of further elements that can influence headaches, such as the menstrual cycle, sleep, taking medications, any ongoing therapies, and nutrition. It is not mandatory to activate all monitoring: those who use the app can choose whether to limit themselves to tracking headaches or broaden the field to other events.

To make tracking even easier, Mitag can also work through the use of NFC Tags, i.e. small sensors embedded in common objects (stickers, key rings, bracelets). Thanks to these, to record the beginning and end of a headache episode, simply bring your smartphone close to the sensor, thus making tracking automatic.

Another innovative element is the integration of Mitag with Artificial Intelligence in the tracking and interpretation process. In fact, the App provides detailed reporting of the events tracked and is able to provide personalized advice, giving the user more awareness. All in full compliance with the legislation on the privacy of sensitive data.
