Silverio has come from generations of FISHERMEN of Arbatax the seaside village par excellence, a life in contact with the world of fishing.

In 2018 he attended the Italian Chef Cooking School, training with starred chefs and teachers of national fame.

Sara has a natural talent for being in contact with the public, years of work prove it!

Starting from a small Food-Truck in the first months of 2022 we inaugurated our first restaurant!
