Our pizza chef, Stefano Gallà, has worked in the restaurant business for over ten years. It was in Sicily, where he is from, that he discovered his love for cuisine and more particularly that of his country. His career led him to attend the hotel management school in Sicily but also that of Liège.

It is thanks to his work that he won the silver medal in the competition for the best pizza chef in Belgium in 2018.
