The APP provides a structured approach to technical problems resolution for field engineers leading to quicker turn around time( TAT) for customers. The APP is a convenient utility for Service Engineers to analyse and study root cause of issues, view documentary procedures, and formulate issue resolution plans based on empirical data. The field sourced knowledge gets fed back to a pool of knowledge repository in existence for validation and confirmation and then gets disseminated across the service delivery lines. This cycle reinforces the complete knowledge creation, assimilation and sharing in right proportions and delivers values for customer focused organizations
