Some Rules to consider;

· 3 Months is the minimum period to pay off debts & 24 Months is the maximum period to pay off debts
· We deduct APR (% annual age rate); maximum 18%
· 10% deduction from loan amount included as processing cost (along with stamp duty & legal charges)

Let's understand;

If you lend RM 3000 for a repayment period of 6 months, we will charge 1.5% (per month) or 18% (per year) of the loan amount, as well as, processing costs and other legal fees of only RM 150.
So, RM 3000 x 1.5% (interest per month) x 6 (installments)
This amounts to RM 270, which means if you lend RM 3000, you will repay 3270 + 150 = RM 3420 (with 150 processing costs). And that's it.
