The app allows you to receive income and expenditure reports, management reports, and repair consultations more smoothly and accurately. It also manages all of the often-cumbersome information, including documents, photos, and messages.

For owners who have questions but are too busy to call, we have a chat function.
You can send and receive documents, photos, and videos, so feel free to contact us via chat, anytime, anywhere.

■Income and Expenditure Reports
Income and expenditure reports are provided directly in the app, so you can view your income and expenditure trends anytime, anywhere.
You can switch the view for each room you own with just one click. You can check your income and expenditure without having to go back through documents or emails.

■Workflow
Receive confirmation requests from Fudial Creation via message and easily approve or reject them directly in the app.
Simplified information communication prevents information from being overlooked by the management company, and document review and approval can be completed quickly, no matter where you are.

■Document Storage
Invoices, estimates, and other documents are sent as attachments to messages from Fudial Creation.
In addition, documents are automatically sorted and saved into folders by property and document type, making it easy to review documents at any time.
