This is an app exclusively for patients at Chiba University Sumida Institute of Chinese Medicine.
After installation, you can log in and use the service by reading the QR code issued at the reception desk of the Sumida Chinese Medicine Research Institute.
1) Medical card display
You can display the QR code of your medical card. You no longer need to bring your medical card.
2) Sharing health records once a day
You can record your health status once a day at a set time. This record is passed on to the medical staff at the Sumida Chinese Medicine Research Institute and can be used for the next medical treatment.
3) Announcements/trivia
On the main screen of the app, messages such as trivia related to Chinese medicine and notifications from Sumida Chinese Herbal Clinic will be randomly distributed. Plant graphics grow as you enter your health records.
