PropPhoto is a smartphone app that makes life easier for tenants of rental properties. By using this app to photograph and report the condition of your room when you move out, you no longer need to be present.
*Client ID is required for use. Please contact the real estate management company or property owner of the property where you currently live for the client ID.

Within the app, you can take photos and save any scratches, damage, peeling, etc. that occur after you move in.
■Estimated cost calculation function
You can automatically calculate the approximate moving-out costs (costs for repairing any parts that were negligent after moving in) when you move out.

■Sending function function
With just a click, the information entered by the tenant will be automatically emailed to the real estate management company and property owner.
