I think there are still some features that are missing and things that are not perfect, but I would like to listen to your feedback through inquiries and other means so that we can develop an even better service.

① Symptom recording function
Regarding the symptom recording function, we are developing the app's functions with emphasis on being able to record sudden symptoms with just one tap and recording them in detail so that you can consult with your veterinarian.
For this reason, we have prepared the following methods for recording symptoms depending on the condition of your symptoms, so we would appreciate it if you could use an easy-to-use recording method to record your daily symptoms.

・[Video recording of symptoms]: You can record your symptoms using videos, images, and memos.
・[Timer symptom recording]: You can record your symptoms using a timer and memo.
・[One-tap symptom recording]: If you register frequently occurring symptoms in advance, you can record the time when the symptoms occurred with one tap. There is no problem if you close the app after tapping.
・[Collective symptom recording]: You can record the times when past symptoms occurred all at once. Symptom records recorded in notebooks can also be saved in the app.

② Medicine management function
With the medication management function, you can record and view information on ``what medicines you are currently taking'' and ``when and what medicines you have taken in the past'' regarding the medicines prescribed after your medical examination.
Please use it to compare and check the number of symptoms you are taking and the number of symptoms you are taking, or to inform your veterinarian during a medical examination.
・[Medication Registration]: You can also register the prescribed medicine name, dosage unit, usage, number of prescription days, etc.
・[Medication management]: You can check your current and past medication history.

③ Symptom management function
In the symptom management function, when you tap a date on the calendar, you can view the symptom records and information registered on that day.
You can view your medication records. You can see daily changes in your physical condition at a glance, so you can use it for health management.
You can view the details of the symptom record, edit the contents, and delete the record.

・[Useful function]: You can check the symptom record in chronological order in units of 1 month and 24 hours.
・[Medication record]: You can record today's administration and intake status.
・[Image memo function]: You can register paper documents and memos related to your pet, such as test results taken at other hospitals.
・[Family Hospital Registration]: You can register your consultation date and family hospital.

④ Function to connect with veterinarian
With the function to connect with a veterinarian, you can share recorded symptom videos and symptom records with the doctor during a medical examination at a veterinary hospital that has introduced "animo for VET", and check the recorded data while examining the patient.
Through this function, we hope to make it easier to share things you notice in your daily records and symptoms that are difficult to report to your veterinarian.
We are developing this function with the hope that you can consult with your veterinarian about the best treatment for your beloved pet based on the recorded data, such as comparing past medication history with graphs on the symptom management screen.

・[Sharing of records]: With the consent of the user, a one-time password will be issued to the veterinarian (animo for VET) and records can be shared.
・[Online medical treatment function]: You can conduct online medical treatment with a veterinarian at a veterinary hospital that has introduced "animo for VET". Reservations must be made in advance at the hospital.
