◆Read information
Obtain driving information via NFC communication.
Touch your smartphone to the antenna on the water supply unit display to read operating information via NFC communication.
*In the case of Bluetooth® communication, driving information will be automatically acquired after communication is established.

◆Driving status
Displays the following read information for easy viewing.
・Reading date and time
・Machine name (*1)
・Operating status (stop, pressure, frequency (*1), current, temperature, cumulative number of operations, cumulative number of starts)
・Warning information currently being issued
(*1): May not be displayed on some models.

◆Alarm history
Displays the history of alarms issued in the past.

◆Setting value
Displays the currently set value.
*Setting values ​​cannot be changed from the app.

◆Send email
Attach the read driving information to the email in text file format.
*Please prepare an email app separately.

◆Inquiry upload
This function allows you to send (upload) the driving information read by the app to our service desk for the purpose of quickly resolving customer inquiries. Using data transmission, you can easily and accurately communicate information such as warning details and driving conditions that are difficult to explain over the phone.
*To use this service, you will need to call our service desk and obtain an "NFC number" (4-digit number).
