・To use this app, you must register the savings account to which your cash card is issued as your primary account. If you do not have a regular savings account with the Bank, you can apply to open one through this app.
*Please note that we may refuse your account opening request based on our comprehensive judgment.
- Regular savings accounts opened through this app will not be issued with a passbook. You can check your account balance and transaction details using the app's balance and transaction detail inquiry service.
- Initial setup within the app is required to use the transfer function. SMS authentication is required during initial transfer setup, so you will need to provide your mobile phone number to the Bank. Customers who have not provided their mobile phone number can apply using the customer information change function.
- The customer information inquiry and change function allows you to check your registered information, such as your address, phone number, and place of employment. You can also apply for changes through the app.
*Depending on the nature of your transaction, we may not be able to accept change procedures through this app.
