● Eligible Users
Customers who reside within the Bank's head office or branch service area (address on their My Number card) and wish to open an account.
Individual customers who hold a regular savings account with the Bank and have a cash card for that account.
Customers who can verify their identity using the Public Key Infrastructure Personal Identification System (JPKI) when submitting various applications and notifications using this app.
Even if you do not have a checking account or a cash card, you can still use some services, such as links to our website.
