Because the electronic signature uses a public personal authentication electronic certificate, it can also be used for registration applications that require strict identity verification.
■ Identity verification procedures can also be completed by simply taking a photo of your face and your ID and scanning the IC chip on your smartphone.

● Steps for electronic signatures using RSS Mobile
① Open the URL in the email sent from Sign Room on your smartphone*
② Enter your mobile phone number to log in to Sign Room
③ Review the requested document contents
④ Confirm the signature details
⑤ Hold your smartphone over your My Number card and enter the PIN for your signature certificate
⑥ Review the details of your signed electronic certificate and complete the process

● Steps for identity verification using RSS Mobile
① Open the URL in the email sent from Sign Room on your smartphone*
② Enter your mobile phone number to log in to Sign Room
③ Select the identity verification method (photographing your ID or scanning your IC chip) and the ID you will use
④ Follow the on-screen instructions to take a photo of your ID or scan its IC chip and take a photo of your face
(You may need a PIN or other information depending on the type of ID you select)
⑤ Submit the identity verification results via the app to complete the process

※ If you opened the email on a PC, please use this app on your smartphone to scan the QR code when opening the app.

[What is Sign Room?]
This is an electronic signature and identity verification service designed to support electronic signatures for contracts and other documents in general businesses and fully online applications for professional services. This service facilitates smoother communication between the requester and the recipient, including the file to be signed, and the ID and photo required for identity verification.

Compatible Devices:

Android OS 6.0 or later smartphones

For electronic signatures: Models listed under "My Number Card-Compatible NFC Smartphones" on the Public Personal Authentication Service Portal Site are supported.

For identity verification: NFC-enabled smartphones are supported for IC chip reading. (If you use your My Number Card as identification, the same applies as for models listed under "Electronic Signatures.")
