You can now find your favorite property on FLIE, a new real estate information site that allows you to communicate with sellers, and easily reserve a viewing online at any time, without having to coordinate schedules with real estate companies, which can be time-consuming.
Also, on the day of the preview, the lock will be unlocked using the "Smaview" app, so there will be no real estate sales representative to accompany you. You can view the property at your own pace without being disturbed.

1) Search for properties from the real estate information site “FLIE”

If you select self-viewing from ``I want to actually see'' on the property page, you will be redirected to the Smaview viewing reservation page.
*Some properties are not compatible with "Smaview". Please check the display of the "Smaview compatible" icon.
2) Easy reservation online
Specify the date and time from the calendar on the Smaview preview reservation page.
Anyone can easily make a reservation, and there is no need to interact with a real estate company.
3) Go to the site on the reserved date and time!
At the reservation date and time, go directly to the local property.
Launch the "Smaview app" and use it as a key when viewing the property.
