When trading fractional shares, you may incur a loss of principal due to stock price fluctuations or a deterioration in the issuer's credit rating.
In addition, if there is no opening price in the afternoon session or if the closing price is only pro rata at the limit high (low), the transaction will not be executed.

Internet Fee: Free for purchases. For sales, a fee of 0.5% (tax included: 0.55%) of the transaction amount (minimum fee of 48 yen (tax included: 52 yen)) will be charged.
Call Center Fee: For both purchases and sales, a fee of 1.0% (tax included: 1.1%) of the transaction amount (minimum fee of 1,905 yen (tax included: 2,095 yen)) will be charged.
