You play as a new recruit interviewer at a certain company.
Sadly, this company is short-staffed all year round.
The reason for this is that there's something strange about every single person they hire.

But to keep the company going, you can't complain!
Even if they're not perfect, you need to hire more people or the company will go bust...!
You have to patiently listen, find their strengths, and do your best.

And so begins one interviewer's hellish daily life.

◇Features◇
- Each of your quirky interviewees has "inconsistencies" in their conversations and resumes. Point them out!
- After uncovering these, if you still think they're worth hiring, you'll "hire" them. If you decide not to hire them, you'll "reject" them.
- If you can't find any inconsistencies, be sure to use the hints. You can highlight suspicious text.
- All stages are free to play.

◇How to Play◇
・At the start of each day, first review the black paper on your desk (instructions from your boss).
・Once you've finished reading it, the day's interviewer will enter the room, and you'll welcome them as an interviewer.
・Next, review the contents of the "Resume (white paper)" and "Questionnaire (yellow paper)." (You can view the resume from end to end by dragging it.)
・Once you've read everything, ask four questions from the questionnaire that interest you. (You can ask all six questions.)
・A "No Questions" button will then appear in the center of the screen, allowing you to pursue the interviewer's inconsistencies.
・A maximum of three inconsistencies can be found per interviewee. (Depending on the questions you select, the number of inconsistencies in one or two questions may be reduced.)
・Once you've identified at least one inconsistency, you'll move on to the next part of the interview process.
・Finally, use your judgment to decide whether or not to welcome the interviewee to the company. Either choice will allow you to proceed to the next day.
