Founder of Information Suimeigaku, a world-renowned Yamato wisdom divination method born in Fushimi, Kyoto. He runs numerous fortune-telling centers and cram schools, including Kyoto Lifelong Learning College (Nucleus Co., Ltd.), a company offering a variety of courses in fortune-telling, stocks, and intuitive learning therapy. His Fushimi, Kyoto, appraisal office operates by appointment only, and is constantly busy with clients. He received the Higashikuninomiya Memorial Award, known as the "people's Nobel Prize" and awarded to those who have dedicated themselves to invention and intellectual creation, in April 2015, the Higashikuninomiya Cultural Award, the highest civilian honor, in November 2015, and the Higashikuninomiya Peace Prize in 2018.

Information Suimeigaku was systematized by its founder, Tadayoshi Kimura, after studying the ancient Japanese text, the Sendai Kuji Hongi and the Daiseikyo. It is an ancient form of fortune-telling originating in Japan.
It is a form of I Ching and energetics that expresses and interprets all the information a person possesses using numbers.
A person's basic fortune and energy tendencies (vibrations) can be interpreted based on their date of birth, time and place of birth (address), name, and other information.
