If you are worried about falling asleep, try playing video content that can only be seen on this app, such as ``Meditation,'' ``Sleep BGM,'' ``ASMR,'' and ``Yoga.''
Anyone can easily induce sleep and experience meditation just by listening to the audio.
2. Read articles about sleep and rest
We have selected articles specializing in sleep and rest from past DO-GEN articles.
Please read them to update your knowledge of sleep and rest.
3. Search for articles in your favorites
If you are not satisfied with the selected articles, try searching for articles using the search tab.
By using the DO-GEN app before going to bed, it will soothe you and lead you to a comfortable sleep.
