Nakamachi Magistrate's Office was newly established to ease the situation at Kitamachi and Minamimachi Magistrate's Office.
``Shimei Ooka'' is appointed as the new magistrate there.

Shimei's childhood friend Rimu Hiraga follows her around.
``Toyama Sakura'' was dispatched by the Kitamachi Magistrate's Office as an eye-catcher.
And many friends gathered together.

Shortly after arriving there, a girl named Koume Kawai was taken to the magistrate's office.
Koume was destined to be tried tomorrow for the incident that caused an uproar in the town of Ohka.

Considering Koume's crime, it is inevitable that she will be sentenced to death.
However, Shimei is convinced that Koume is not the culprit, based on the suspicious aspects of the incident and the way Koume desperately clings to her.
