It is an English word / English idiom memorization app. A voice reading function is implemented.
It is completely free and there are no internal charges or annual contracts.
No native learns English reasonably. Native children don't know the etymology. English is just memorized without reason. However, the side that provides the app cannot say such a thing. We will provide effective learning methods.
In order to enhance the effect, this application features the following.
・ Four-choice quiz is not adopted (repetition speed rather than the appearance of the app)
・ Be sure to read aloud (remember with your ears rather than your eyes)
・ Words around us (from nouns, "verbs" and "verb idioms")
・ Verbs and idioms are memorized together with sentences
・ Improve repetition efficiency with the shortest sentence that understands usage
The four-choice quiz looks good on the app and is not bad for appeal, but is it really necessary? Words are not memorable at once, so you need to listen to and memorize the voice over and over again. Rather than spending time on quizzes without audio, you may want to listen to the audio one after another and learn iteratively.
Pronunciation is the most important thing in learning English.
I can only hear words that can be pronounced correctly. No matter how much you listen, you cannot hear words that you do not know or that you remember with the wrong pronunciation. To acquire hearing ability is to "pronounce correctly".
"Increasing the number of words that can be pronounced correctly" = "learning English".
Just rest assured that no native pronunciation is required. Pay attention only to the points and pronounce it as a second language. Of course, pay attention to f, V, and th, but I think there are people who pronounce a and o in reverse.
Please remember correctly with the app.
Next, imagine the process by which your child learns words.
The first words to remember are those about things around you and your needs. In other words, "I want to / want to". Remembering the verbs involved in the request reduces stress on English. Nouns require different words depending on the person, and the number is very large. The verbs are common and the number of required words is small. In particular, I wonder if there are so few idioms that are essential for conversation.
Please increase the number of "words that can be pronounced correctly" with this app.
