You can use the app by logging in using the ID printed on the consultation form (questionnaire) sent to you after making your reservation.

By answering the questions in advance, you can receive your health checkup smoothly on the day of your visit.

[Result distribution]
As soon as the results of your health checkup and medical checkup are available, you will receive a notification on the app and can refer to the test results. It is equipped with features unique to the app, such as graphical comparison with past test results and downloading a PDF of the test result table (simple version).

[Distribution of health information]
We will regularly distribute health information created by a registered dietitian.
