This app shows you a graph of how full you feel on a 10-point scale.
The entered number of feelings of fullness (hunger) is averaged every hour.
Up to 24 graphs will be displayed.
The purpose of this app is to get used to being hungry by continuously recording your feelings of fullness (hunger).

It is only intended to promote awareness of chronological fluctuations in hunger and satiety and to make you consider changing your eating style at your own risk if you feel the need to do so.
