Kanaka is an app that allows you to digitize cards issued by Kanazawa City and store them on your smartphone. By storing your cards on your smartphone, you can reduce the number of cards you carry, and you will be able to use Kanazawa City's facilities more easily and conveniently with just your smartphone.



1. Identity verification

You will need to perform public personal authentication using your My Number card using the SHIKI app. To verify your identity using your My Number Card, you will need your electronic signature PIN (6 to 16 digits).

2. Create an account with Kanaka

Once your identity has been verified using the SHIKI app, create a Kanaka account. The identity verification information registered in the SHIKI app will be transferred to Kanaka.

3. Digitize various cards with Kanaka

After creating an account, apply for digitization of your card from the card management screen. Once the staff confirms and approves, digitization is complete.
