Health Ikiiki Navi is a dedicated app used by participants in a project conducted by Nagoya University's Innovative Research Center for Preventive Medical Engineering.
++++++++++++++++++++++
+ For the happiness of each person
+ Toward an era of individualized prevention
++++++++++++++++++++++
This is an app that helps you navigate your health based on individual data.
This is an app that allows you to visualize your lifestyle habits on your My Page, receive individual advice, and use the community function to continue having fun with your loved ones.
++++++++++++++++++++++
+ Features of Healthy Ikiiki Navi (1)
+ Visualize health status
++++++++++++++++++++++
Visualize your own exercise habits, eating habits, weight, blood pressure, etc. on My Page.
It can be easily used by linking with IoT devices. You can manage your health checkup results as your own data and view them at any time.
++ Recording activities using IoT devices ++
Record your daily activities using IoT devices* such as activity trackers, body composition monitors, and blood pressure monitors. The measured data is uploaded from each device to Kenko Ikiiki Navi with a simple operation through the app. Furthermore, there are also items calculated from the measured values of IoT devices. In addition, if you are not using an IoT device, some data can also be tapped or entered manually from the app (see Tables 1 and 2).
++ Visualization of Personal Health Record (PHR) ++
The various personal health records that have been recorded are displayed in graphs that show changes within a day in 5-minute increments, changes in 1 week in 1-day increments, the past 30 days, and the past 90 days. You can visually see changes over time.
# Personal health records displayed
- body silhouette
- Step count
- Amount of exercise (exercise of 3 METs or more, METs)
- Body composition (weight, body fat)
- Blood pressure (systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure)
- Distance traveled
- Calorie consumption (basal metabolism, exercise calorie consumption)
- Pulse
- Sleep time
- Circadian rhythm (sleep, exercise, eating, drinking, medication)
++ Viewing health checkup results ++
You can view the results of health checkups you have had in the past. In addition to seeing the health checkup results for each year in numbers, you can also check the changes over time in each measurement item in a graph.
++ Display ranking ++
Displays the rankings of all participants. In addition to rankings based on activity levels such as number of steps, distance traveled, and exercise of 3 METs or more, there are also rankings based on meal records and frequency of app usage. In addition, the ranking types include individual competition, community competition, and family competition. Additionally, some of the community features described below will also display rankings within the community.

+ Features of Healthy Ikiiki Navi (2)
+ Receive advice tailored to your health condition
++++++++++++++++++++++
Based on each person's exercise habits data, we will deliver videos of appropriate exercise for you.
You can also receive meal advice and recipes based on your data. You can also share your favorite dishes with friends and family.
++ Display recommended exercise videos ++
Calculate your exercise habit score based on IoT devices and manually entered activity data. Based on this exercise habit score, three recommended exercise videos will be displayed periodically: ``Aerobic exercise'', ``Muscle exercise'', and ``Flexibility exercise''.
# Meidai Column
Provided by Nagoya University, it is filled with a lot of useful information for your health. For example, it introduces key points for healthy eating and easy ways to exercise. By reading columns, you can acquire useful knowledge in your daily life.
++ Display recommended menus ++
Recommended menus for three meals a day, 365 days a year, are displayed based on the calories calculated from your daily activities. This menu takes into consideration not only the daily calorie intake, but also the nutritional balance.
# 10 Food intake balance check
This function allows you to easily check whether your daily meals are nutritionally balanced. You can score whether you were able to eat a balanced meal throughout the week, display it in a graph, and visually check the intake status of 10 foods throughout the month.
# Food literacy quiz
Knowledge related to meals is ``disease awareness'' and ``eating behavior.'' Learn by reading easy-to-understand explanations and answering quizzes in the four areas of ``dietary content'' and ``food culture.''

+ Features of Healthy Ikiiki Navi (3)
+ Community features keep you having fun
+++++++++++++++++++++++
Families and various communities can continue to have fun while supporting each other through data sharing, chat functions, photo posting, etc.
++ Community function ++
A community will be formed for each project. Each community is managed by a community leader and sub-leader, and you will receive various information and notifications while participating in the project.
# Bulletin board
Each community has a bulletin board where various information for community participants is posted. Join the community by leaving likes and comments.
# Direct chat
You can communicate directly with community leaders and sub-leaders using chat messages, and you can also use it to send questions to the community leaders.
# Distribution within the community
You can check the date and time or weekly average values for the number of steps, distance traveled, distance traveled over 3 METs, etc. for participating communities. You can also check your position in comparison to other participants using a histogram (frequency distribution chart).
