nanacara is an application that allows children with epilepsy and their families to record and manage [seizure records], [medication history], and their daily physical condition.
There is also a function that allows you to share the saved records with your family, including your father, so please use it as an app to watch over your child's records in your daily life.


◆ Continuing development together with patients' families
When developing nanacara, we worked with children with epilepsy and their families to examine the functions, adjust usability based on the scenarios in which they would actually use the device, and consider ways to keep recording even during busy days. I've been repeating it.
I think that there are still some functions that are not enough and some points that are not enough, but I would like to develop it so that it can be a better service while listening to everyone's voice through inquiries etc.


◆ Introduction of main functions
The main functions of nanacara are [seizure recording function], [medication history function] and [connection function with Dr.].

① Seizure recording function
With regard to the seizure recording function, we are developing the app's functions with an emphasis on ``recording sudden seizures with just one tap'' and ``recording in detail so that you can consult with your doctor''.
For this reason, we have prepared the following 4 types of recording methods according to the seizure situation.

・[Video seizure recording]: Seizures can be recorded using videos, timers, and memos.
・[Timer Seizure Recording]: Seizures can be recorded using a timer and a memo.
・[1-tap seizure record]: If you register frequently occurring seizures in advance, you can record the time of seizure occurrence with 1 tap. It doesn't matter if the app is closed after the tap.
・[Collective Seizure Record]: You can record the occurrence times of past seizures collectively. Seizure records that were recorded in notes etc. can also be saved in the app.

② Medication history function for past records
With the medication history function, you can record and view "what medicine you are taking now" and "when and what medicine you were taking in the past" for antiepileptic drugs prescribed after a medical examination.
Please use it to check the number of seizures compared to the medicine you are taking, or to tell the doctor at the time of examination.

③ Function to connect with Dr.
nanacara collaborates with more than 150 epilepsy specialists nationwide.
With the function to connect with a doctor, you can share the recorded seizure videos and seizure records with the doctor at the time of examination at the affiliated hospital where "nanacara for Doctor" is introduced, and you can examine the recorded data while checking the recorded data. .
Through this function, we hope to make it easier to share what you notice in your daily records and seizure conditions that are difficult to tell your doctor.
We are developing functions with the hope that you can consult with a doctor about the best treatment for your child based on the recorded data, such as comparing the history of past antiepileptic drugs with the graph on the seizure management screen.
