1. Calendar
You can record your daily drinking status.

2.Drinking status registration
If inputting information is cumbersome, it becomes ``too troublesome'' and ``I'll do it later'', making it impossible to accurately grasp your daily drinking status. However, with the ``Sobriety Calendar'', you can easily register by selecting the standard registered alcoholic beverages without having to input any text.

3. Check the status of drunkenness
After registering your drinking status, tap the icon at the top right of the calendar to check your current state of intoxication.
Also, by sliding the button, you can check the "Drinking amount", "Pure alcohol content", "Blood alcohol concentration", and "Intoxication status" on the details screen.

4. Addition of alcoholic beverages
By tapping the "Favorites" item on the drinking status registration screen, you can add and record alcoholic beverage information yourself.

5.Report
There are three types of reports: "Weekly", "Monthly", "Annual", and "Custom", each of which displays pure alcohol intake in a bar graph for easy comparison.

6.AUDIT
AUDIT is a screening test created by WHO for the purpose of early detection of problem drinking. The AUDIT questionnaire consists of 10 questions regarding (1) alcohol use status, (2) alcohol dependence symptoms, and (3) alcohol-related problems, and is based on self-reports.
This AUDIT is also implemented in the "Sobriety Calendar", so please use it regularly.

○About alcohol decomposition time
In this app, the time until alcohol decomposition is calculated based on the "gender" selected in "Settings", daily drinking record (at the time of final input), and alcohol decomposition rate*. There are individual differences in gender, age, weight, etc., and accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
*Alcohol decomposition rate: 5g per hour

○AUDIT
The user information (gender, place of residence) entered on the settings screen and the AUDIT judgment results will be aggregated and utilized by Okinawa Prefecture in order to understand the project effects and reflect them in measures.
