■ Application details
[Opening a savings account]
You can apply to open a savings account.
*We do not issue passbooks.

[Opening an investment trust account]
You can apply to open an investment trust account or a specified account (with withholding tax).

[Notification of My Number]
You can submit your My Number.
*Can be used by customers who need to report their My Number. The Bank will inform customers who need to report it.

■Person who can use
Individual customers who meet all of the following conditions

[Opening a savings account]
・Those who are 18 years of age or older and do not have an account with our bank.
・ Those who have a valid driver's license (or My Number Card) issued in Japan.
・ Those who live in Japan.
* You cannot create an account for running a business or an account with a trade name.

[Opening an investment trust account]
・ Adults under the age of 70 who have a savings account (including a general account) with our bank (business accounts cannot be used).
・Those who have a contract for internet banking in a designated bank account.
・ Those who have a My Number Card (or a valid driver's license and notification card issued in Japan).
・Those who are opening an investment trust account for the first time with our bank.
・ Those who do not have borrowings for business funds from our bank.

[Provision of My Number]
・Persons 18 years of age or older who have not submitted their My Number to the Bank (notification is required for each branch).
・ Those who have a My Number Card (or a valid driver's license and notification card issued in Japan).
*If there is a change in the information on the notification card (name, address, etc.) after May 25, 2020, it cannot be used to notify My Number.

■ When using
In the following cases, this application cannot be accepted, so please go to the Senshu Ikeda Bank counter (store).
・Persons whose driver's license, etc. has expired, and whose address and name have not been changed.
・Those who have an alphabet or middle name in their name on their driver's license, etc.
・Foreign nationals who have not received permission for permanent residence.
