Instructional includes the original version of the Checklist, as well as the adapted version under development research project and evaluation of a strategy for the implementation of the checklist of WHO safe surgery, conducted by the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, in partnership with the University Hospital Pedro Ernesto State University of Rio de Janeiro, the Onofre Lopes University Hospital, Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte and the Federal State Hospital Servers.
