IP - Total number of In Patients Who are Currently Staying in hospital
OT - As of Today, details of the Operation theater Schedule
Discharge - Discharge patients details by date
OP - Total number of Out Patients registered for consultation today
Appointment - Appointment booked by the Patients to Consult doctors
