The OMS app is an official mobile application developed by the Ministry of Interior (MOI), Kingdom of Cambodia, designed to streamline internal operations and digitalise workforce management for all officers working under MOI departments and units.

In the first release, OMS focuses on the Attendance Record feature, enabling officers to conveniently check in and check out within designated office areas defined in the system. The attendance process is secure, location-based, and ensures accurate presence tracking across all departments.

Future updates will introduce additional features, including:
1. Leave Management: Create, submit, and approve leave requests digitally.
2. Digital Officer Card: A secure digital identification system for MOI officers.
3. Profile & Settings: Personalise your account and update relevant information.
