MUMLPC 2FA is the official two-factor authentication app of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC), designed to enhance the security of internal systems and digital services used by government staff.
This app generates time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) and supports OTP login via SMS for verified employees. It ensures that only authorized personnel can securely access sensitive systems and internal applications.

Note: MUMLPC 2FA is intended exclusively for use by authorized staff of the MLMUPC. It cannot be used by the general public.

Who Can Use MUMLPC 2FA?
