The POLITIS application allows patients and their companions to easily and quickly submit requests to the Citizens' Service Office of Papageorgiou General Hospital, requesting a document related to their hospitalization or visit to the E.I. or at the Emergency Department of the Hospital.
It is interconnected with gov.gr, so that users submit along with their application, an electronic responsible statement (if the request concerns them) or authorization (if requested on behalf of a third party).
