Hello Move-in was created in November 2021 by three experts in construction, building materials, and remodeling who came together with the idea of 'Let's create a service that can provide quality construction without after-sales service to consumers who are about to move in or move in.' It's a service.
The following year, in August 2022, the service was launched on the web. As of November 2024, 24 move-in construction items are in service for customers moving into newly built or built apartments in Seoul/Gyeonggi/Incheon.
After researching, receiving consultation, meeting, and visiting construction sites with a total of 4,000 construction teams across the country, we have narrowed it down to the current 200 construction teams and are operating them as construction partners.
Construction services include pre-inspection, move-in cleaning, grout, nano coating, elastic coat, sick building syndrome, air conditioner cleaning, 8 home care items for moving, inter-floor noise reduction mat, induction, fine insect screen, food waste disposer, TV wall mount, sink, and bathroom exhaust fan. There are a total of 24 services, including 7 installation items and 9 partial interior items including system air conditioners, built-in closets, refrigerator cabinet reform, curtains/blinds, lighting, double doors, interior films, and insulation films.
For each construction item, nearby construction partners are displayed according to the customer's address, and you can also compare different item detail pages and reviews for each construction partner. In the case of interior items, we can custom-build them for your home and give you an appropriate estimate, so you can compare several construction partners before making a choice, which is a unique advantage of Hello Move-in Service.
