*What is the Hello Move-in Service?
-Our ‘Hello Move-in’ is an online move-in platform that connects customers who are planning to move into a new apartment with the construction team needed for move-in.
Our service plans to provide nationwide service for a variety of items when moving into a new apartment. Currently, we provide 6 items online including pre-inspection, move-in cleaning, elastic coat, grout, sick building syndrome, and nano coating, and 8 items offline, in Seoul and the metropolitan area. We provide this service to new apartment complexes. Items are expanding rapidly.
In the future, it can be expanded to include home appliances, furniture, legal affairs, legal affairs, and moving services.
The market size is estimated to be 2 to 3 trillion won in value, with an average of 320,000 new households moving in every year, or 4 to 5 trillion won when including the home appliance and furniture markets.

*Vision of service
-We launched the service on August 29th. We circulated flyers offline, checked the market's response, and began generating transaction volume without services.
-What I find most encouraging is the ‘natural influx of construction partners’, which is 3 to 5 cases per day. I think this shows the future of our service well.

Of course, construction partners are verified through seven stages: contact, confirmation of intention to switch to a partner, wired meeting, face-to-face meeting, on-site confirmation, service request, and service quality confirmation.
